that's me, with my husband Tomas (yes, husband - we got married in August 06)

I am a meteorologist, living in Freiburg (Germany) - in the moment. Well, there are people who say, we'd never leave Freiburg...not me, though ;-) and Thomas already did leave - to Sweden
For those, who don't know it, Freiburg is a nice, small city in the south-western...close to the Blackforest. a lovely town...far away from the sea..
I am somewhat addicted to the legendary sailing vessel Sea Cloud. Those, who know me personally, already know...as I cannot stop talking about my time on the old Lady - even though it's been years ago...
In a former life I used to make a lot of music... playing the violin, the piano and singing in a choir. You might find some pictures in the photo section...
Today I concentrate more on my work...coming from air-ice interactions in my diploma thesis I now work on biomass-air interactions. In 2004 I started in a new project about CO2-balances of a Pine forest...
